During Hurricane Dorian the Cape Hatteras Secondary School was flooding and lost part of the roof. In an effort to help raise money to replace items lost due to storm damage, the students of CHSS are selling 2020 Cape Hatteras Calendars. The calendar features vintage photos of Hatteras Island including the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse prior to it being moved, Hatteras Village waterfront, Frisco Pier, and other favorite island spots. All photos are provided by local author Jennett Gray Finnegan Jr. (Jaye Torok).
