Hatteras Island has lots of spooky fun events happening for both the kiddos and adults. From trunk or treats to haunted trail rides, we're sure you'll have a scary good time this Halloween.
Saturday, October 27th
3pm - 9pm: Fall Fun Festival @ Frisco Mini Golf & Go Carts
Come out for the Fall Fun Festival! Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts will have hay rides, a jump house, trunk or treat, games, a costume contest, and lots of fun for folks of all ages.
9pm - 2am: 5th Annual Hatteras Island Halloween Party @ Turner's High Moon Bar
This year's theme is "Anything Goes!" Be you, be someone else, be whatever you want, but you better be good at it because ANYTHING GOES! Cha Cha's Cadilac from Richmond Va will be rockin' from 9pm until late. A costume contest will be held at the "The Witching Hour" with fun categories and prizes. Must be 21+ to attend.
Sunday, October 28th
7pm - 9:30pm: Hatteras Village Haunted Trail @ Hatteras Civic Center
Cost: $5/person - Concessions Available for Purchase
Park your car at the Hatteras Civic Center and get ready to take a closer look at Hatteras village’s spookier side. Visitors will be transported from the Civic Center to the Hatteras Village Haunted Trail, where a host of thrills, (which may very well include Chuckles the Clown), will be waiting.
Tuesday, October 30th
7:30pm: Fantastic Fall Film Festival @ Hatteras Civic Center
Hatteras Village will be hosting a Fall Film Festival this year, starting with the classic horror movie "Night of the Living Dead!" The showing will be outside at the Hatteras Civic Center, and attendees are welcome to bring chairs or mats for the outdoor show. The event is free for all ages, and personal snacks and beverages are encouraged! (For the enjoyment of all viewers, children must be accompanied by an adult.) Sponsored by the Hatteras Village Civic Association.
Wednesday, October 31st - Halloween!
5pm: Hatteras Village Trunk or Treat @ Hatteras United Methodist Church Parking Lot
Stop by the Village Red and White for games and other activities, and then continue on for the Hatteras Village Trick or Treating Experience! The event takes place at the Methodist Church, with free hot dogs and hamburgers for attendees. Bring the kiddos in their costumes for a bite to eat and then hit up the festive decor of the "Trunk or Treaters" vehicles for goodies and sweet treats!
5pm - 7pm: Koru Village Trunk or Treat @ Koru Beach Klub
Join in the fun at the annual Trunk or Treat at the Beach Klub at Koru Village. Volunteers will have their cars decorated with a distinctive theme, and kids can walk around in a safe environment and trick or treat together.
