The primary bedroom on the next level is luxurious, with an LCD TV and a private terrace viewing the sound. You can see the sound from every room in the house, and if you like sunsets, you will love 180 Degree View. This home is a kiteboarding paradise. You will appreciate the easy launching area from the private sound-front beach, the 100-foot-long grassy rigging area, and the permanent buoy with carabiners 100 feet from the shore for easy self-landing.
