Easy Breezy is a sound-front paradise for windsurfing, kiteboarding, fishing, and surfing where you'll enjoy some of the best riding and fishing conditions on the East Coast. Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a picturesque and affordable waterfront spot for the whole family. The renovated home now features a magnificent Great room and entertainment center with huge picture windows offering panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch smart TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a beautiful deck with a six-person hot tub and incredible sound views. The kitchen features all-new appliances and a beautiful (huge) island gathering spot. The first and second bedrooms have new smart TVs and are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom also features a new smart TV, an electric fireplace, private bath, and the incredible view of the sound.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please Note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.
